Introduction to EDI

Megger’s shared purpose and values guide our behaviour, our actions, our view of the world and our place within it.

We believe it is possible to effect significant commercial impact and social change when our people, customers and everyone who comes in to contact with the Megger brand, shares our vision of a just and safe world in which the worth and dignity of every person is valued. 

As a company operating on a world stage, we take immense pride in the fact that the composition of our workforce, across our office network, is truly multicultural. However, we also recognise that people are increasing more mobile, are living, and wanting to work for longer, want to celebrate their differences more openly and relish the opportunity to embrace social change as it presents itself. 

So, in our aim to captivate, we will continue to positively support all forms of difference and remain open to embrace everyone.

EDI Circles 

Shortly after we launched our EDI framework for Megger, we launched Megger Circles. Megger Circles were set up for colleagues who wanted to get involved by joining forums and sharing ideas to help shape future actions. 

The forums are held every other month and are a fantastic way to connect with colleagues across the world sharing ideas around Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
