Our Continuous Improvement team plays a tremendous role in sustaining and improving our product and is part of our Entire Engineering team
Welcome to the Continuous Improvement Team
In Continuous Improvement we work closely with many different departments. The main department we support daily is the production floor. When issues arise in any area of manufacturing, we investigate the problems, work at solving and testing possible resolutions, then implement the changes when a solution has been found. We aid them in keeping manufacturing going to get all orders out the door. We also look at areas for improvement; to increase efficiency making processes quicker/easier, improving quality to reduce problems arising and looking to reduce costs in any way we can.

We also support supply chain with obsolescence; finding and testing alternative options to keep production manufacturing with the least amount of disruption possible, the marketing department with making changes to all of our documentation and product managers to gain insight and information to our products when invest investigating issues or improvement opportunities as well as completing minor project work for them.
We closely work with the quality department to compile concessions to allow products to be made with special allowances, giving us a time to correct documentation or source alternatives, and aid them with any investigations into customer care cases.
Depending on what is required, and from who, will determine our working day. Every day brings new challenges for the team to face and overcome, life is never boring and mundane in CI land!
