Leadership Development Programme  

Our ambition is to remain a global test and measurement leader and our Leadership Development Programme has been designed to help our Managers, as part of our wider management pool, to deliver our strategic priorities by strengthening and growing the business.  

Our programme comprises of six learning modules, each designed to challenge, inspire and mobilise our Managers towards leading and coaching their own high performing teams, gaining their trust, admiration and respect along the way, through your considered thoughts and actions.  

 

 

 

 

 

High Potential Leadership Programme  

In 2022, Megger launched their High Potential Leadership programme (HIPO) which was a 12-month course designed to explore leadership potential as part of personal growth development. 

The course was designed to challenge long-held views, open minds to new possibilities, explore behaviours and practices, as well as test the agility of candidates to become a change champion by gaining the support of their work colleagues towards achieving their collective goals. 

In January 2023, we were delighted to celebrate the graduation of our colleagues who have completed our first High Potential Leaders Programme. Our guest speaker at the event Frank Dick, former Olympic Coach, presented our colleagues with their certificates and medals for completing the programme. It has been fantastic to see how our inaugural course has developed and inspired our colleagues to develop their leadership skills!  

 

 

 

 

 

Funded Professional Subscription Fees 

Megger are committed to the continuous professional learning and development of our employees, and to having skilled and professional people at the core of what we do.  Megger cover the costs of an individual’s professional subscription or membership fee where it is an essential requirement of their role or is necessary to support the work they do. 

 

 

Accredited EAL Centre 

We are delighted to confirm that Megger Instruments Limited have become a recognised EAL centre which means that we are able to run our own internal training programmes leading to a nationally recognised qualification. 

The programmes that we have been recognised for at this stage are: 

Level 1 Certificate in Electronics 

Level 2 Certificate in Engineering Operations 

These programmes have been selected to develop the knowledge and skills required for developing our employees to be Technicians. As we move through 2024, will we look at applying for recognition for a Level 3 qualification.
