The MLCA low current adapter is a small, lightweight, field portable, unit specifically designed to provide multiple precise very low current sources with Megger relay test systems.

The combination of Megger relay test systems and the MLCA provides you with very powerful test abilities. A single MLCA unit can provide a maximum of three currents 10 to 200 milliamps each phase. The MLCA is especially designed for testing very sensitive, extremely low current relays with high accuracy amplitude and phase angle. With a three-channel Megger relay test system unit and the MLCA unit, you can test relays that require three-phase voltage and three-phase currents, where the currents range as low as 7.5 milliamps up to 0.20 Amperes. A typical test application would be an anti-motoring power directional relay associated with generator protection.
