Antonina Dudko – Engineering Manager 

I joined Megger in September 2018 and have been part of the Engineering department since then. I have an electrical background and worked in the power generation industry for 13 years. I then changed career and joined Megger. I am a certified manager with more than 10 years of experience running a multi-disciplined and diversified team, and also a qualified Six Sigma belt, certified in Prince 2 Project Management. I've travelled all over the world, trained others, and enjoy learning on an everyday basis. I am not afraid of any challenge and believe there is always a solution to any problem when it is addressed with a positive and driven attitude. I believe in having a great team spirit and I always aim to build the best team that can excel in their working environment and deliver successful results. 

Our Engineering team at the Megger Dover site is such a diverse one, and we have many professional and talented engineers who work closely with product managers to develop a product that is extremely safe, reliable, and always has a unique selling point or innovative feature.
